The value of your order will depend on how your order was sent and if tracking is available.
Orders under £75
If your order has been shipped via Royal Mail you can use the Royal Mail Track and Trace service.
We would expect these orders to be delivered within 1-3 working days, however, please allow 10 days (not including Sundays, National and Bank Holidays) from dispatch as some orders may take a little longer to deliver, if you have already waited 10 days and you still don't have your order, please contact us.
For International orders, please allow 45 days for delivery, if you have not received it after this time please contact us.
Please note: For pre-orders please allow 10 days from release date.
Orders £75 and over
For orders shipped via our tracked services, you can use the tracking link in your shipping email or the link below that applies to track your order.
Orders over £75, or with upgraded delivery - Yodel
In the unlikely event that your order has been lost in transit, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (subject to product availability). Please be aware that you must contact us within 60 days of the despatch date of your order if it hasn’t arrived via the postal service. Unfortunately, claims for lost in transit orders after this time cannot be accepted.
