Marketplace items cannot be returned to GAME stores or GAME.co.uk.
To request a refund or exchange, you’ll need to contact the Marketplace seller you made your purchase from. Follow these steps to contact them:
- Sign in with your account on GAME.co.uk
- Go to 'My Orders'
- Select the specific order
- Click 'Contact Seller'
The seller should respond within 3 working days if they don’t, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If you don’t have a GAME account and checked out as a guest, you will need to contact CS.
Please note: If you don’t have a GAME account and checked out as a guest, you will need to either create an account using the link in your email or contact us.
