Items purchased from a Marketplace seller cannot be returned to GAME stores or GAME.co.uk.
To request a refund or exchange, please contact the Marketplace seller you made your purchase from following these steps below:
- Sign in to your account on GAME.co.uk
- Go to ‘My Orders’
- Select the specific order
- Click ‘Contact Seller'
The seller should respond within 3 working days, if they don’t please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

If you don’t have a GAME account and checked out as a guest, you will need to contact CS.
The Seller has not responded?
Marketplace sellers are expected to answer your emails within 3 working days; if they do not, please contact GAME Customer Service. Please make sure you have your order number and details of when you have contacted the seller, we will then help you resolve the problem as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
