What has happened to my Reward Account?
In early 2017, we improved the way our GAME Accounts work. If you had more than one GAME.co.uk account, Reward card, or multiple email addresses associated with your account(s), these have now been merged. You can still see your recent order history and track your pre-orders at GAME.co.uk by logging in using your most recently used details.
All of your Reward points have been moved into your new GAME Account. We haven’t changed the way we store your details, but we recommend checking everything is up to date so we can continue to provide you with the best experience possible. You can also login across our platforms at GAME.co.uk, GAMEWallet.co.uk, and on the GAME App using the same details.
Will my Reward points be affected by the new GAME Account changes?
No. In early 2017, we improved the way our GAME Accounts work. If you had multiple Reward accounts, these were merged. Your most recently used Reward Account will work the same, we just moved across any pre-orders, recent order history, and Reward points from your old accounts.
Why has my GAME Account changed?
In order to provide an even better, more streamlined experience for our customers, we decided to improve the way our GAME Accounts work. You can now log in using just one set of login details across the GAME App, GAME.co.uk, and GAMEWallet.co.uk. Now it’s even easier to collect Reward points, track pre-orders, and shop at GAME.
What if I don’t want to accept the new Terms and Conditions?
In order to keep using your GAME Account, you will need to accept the new Terms and Conditions. You can still shop as a Guest without accepting our new T's&C's, however, you won’t be able to log in, track your pre-orders, earn Reward points, and much, much more.
Do I need to setup a new username and password since the way my GAME Account works has
No! You can keep using the same username and password as before.
