They are not just experts in gaming devices but also supporting other devices such as televisions.
They help fix more than 20% of technical issues over the phone without the need for customers to return to the store or send their device off for repair.
What if GAME Tech support confirm it as faulty?
After the diagnosis process, if GAME Tech support determine there is a fault which they cannot help fix over the phone, they will issue you with a returns authorisation number which will allow for a speedier returns experience.
