Faulty hardware and accessories may be returned up to 12 months after the dispatch date. If you think your item is faulty, please contact our GAME Technical Support Team with your order number. Faulty items bought in-store can be returned to any GAME store. For your convenience, it doesn’t have to be the branch you originally made your purchase from.
Sony hardware that is faulty after 30 days of purchase will need to be sent off to Sony for inspection and repair. To arrange this, please contact GAME Tech Support who will troubleshoot for you and if required arrange drop off and collection. Alternatively, you can go to store, where they can book in the device for you.
