Simply enter the products you have to sell into your basket and complete your order. Once done we will email you confirmation and a Royal Mail tracked delivery label to print off and attach to your package.
After you have posted your items just sit back and relax and we will let you know, via email, when your package is with us.
Once with us, we will endeavour to process your order through our quality control procedure. We typically expect the period of time for this to be 4 working days, however, please allow up to 10 working days as we may, on occasion, experience an increase in demand.
We will then send an email to let you know if your order has been accepted, rejected or revalued and, if accepted, you should expect GAME Wallet credit, or funds into your PayPal account, within the next working day, however, this can take up to 5 working days. Unfortunately rejected games, we cannot hold onto or return and will be recycled at our own cost. Any phones or tablets we receive that are found to be network blocked we cannot pay for and will quarantine for a period of 30 days. Please refer to our T’s & C’s.
Alternatively, you can take your items into your local GAME store where our friendly team will be able to value your items for you. Don’t forget if you are looking to sell your items for cash you will need to provide one form of photographic ID and one domestic bill dated within the last 90 days. You will also need these if you are looking to trade in your phone or tablet for GAME credit.
