Once your items arrive with us we will inform you of this via email. If you have not received an email from us within 8 working days after posting your goods please contact our Customer Service Team.
We then take them through our quality control procedure to make sure they are in the appropriate condition as stated in our T’s & C’s.
Once done we will either accept, reject or revalue your order. We will send you an email at this stage to confirm which action has been taken.
