When we receive your phone or tablet it will be taken through our quality control process, which will typically take 3 working days, however, please allow up to 10 working days as we may, on occasion, experience an increase in demand.
If your item passes all tests and is in the condition and description you selected, we will accept your order and honour the original price.
If your item passes all tests but is not in the description (make, model or network) you selected, we will automatically revalue the device to the correct description, without prior notification, and accept your order at the revalued price.
If your item passes all tests but is not in the condition and description you selected, we may offer you a revalued price. You have 4 working days to respond to this offer. If we do not receive an email from you within this time we will take it as acceptance of our offer.
If your item fails our testing procedure we will reject your order and post it back to you at our cost. Unfortunately, account locked phones or tablets we cannot hold onto or return and will be recycled at our own cost.
Any phones or tablets we receive that are found to be network blocked we cannot pay for and will quarantine for a period of 30 days. Please refer to our T’s & C’s.
