If your item fails our testing procedure we will reject your order and post it back to you at our cost.
Any phones or tablets we receive that are found to be network blocked we cannot pay for and will quarantine for a period of 30 days. Please refer to our T’s & C’s.
If you decline our revalue we will post your phone, or tablet, back to you within 3 working days using TNT courier service. If you have not received your phone, or tablet, back to you within 3 working days of receiving our email notifying you of rejection please contact our Customer Service team.
