Steps to convert your in-store pre-order to an online order:
- Access the portal at deposits.game.co.uk
- Sign in using your GAME.co.uk online account details (email and password). If you need help with your online account, please click here
- You will see all pre-orders listed that you have placed in store for titles released between 31st March to 31st May 2020.
- You can choose which in-store pre-orders you want to convert to online orders by clicking the CONVERT button next to the product.
Please note, you can only convert 1 pre-order title at a time.
- In order to continue your pre-order conversion you must confirm OK in the agreement pop up.
- You will then be directed to checkout where you can complete your order as per a normal online order.
Please note, if you have pre-ordered any of the below titles, you will have to convert your pre-order online by the deadlines. Otherwise you will have to wait for stores to re-open.

For other titles please convert within 7 days of the games release date.
I had placed a deposit in store but I haven't received an email. What should I do?
Firstly, please check your Junk/Spam folders! If you still haven't received the email, please try logging in to the portal using the steps above.
I cannot sign in to the portal with my account details. What should I do?
Please reset the password by following the instructions here.
My deposit doesn't display once I have signed in - what do I do?
Please ensure your reward card number matches the reward card in the email we sent to you.
Why am I being charged shipping?
Pre-orders will not be charged a shipping fee, however, once the pre-order has been released if you try to convert after this point it will be treated as a normal online order and you will be charged shipping.
What do I do if I don't want to redeem my deposit?
You will need to wait for stores to re-open. Deposits will be honoured until stores have reopened.
What do I do if I want a refund on my deposit?
Refunds for deposits will be available for 30 days after our stores re-open, and this must be refunded in the store where you made the deposit.
Please be aware that this only applies for deposits on games that were released whilst our stores were closed.
What do I do if I want to return an item affected by this?
You will need to wait for stores to reopen and bring the item in then. Returns will be honoured for an extended period.
Can I use a Gift Card against my pre-order?
Yes you can! Please go to www.gamewallet.co.uk add your gift card to your wallet and then choose GAME Wallet as your payment method.
What do I do if I want to trade in and use this credit against my order?
If you wish to trade-in and use credit against your pre-order, you will need to wait until our stores are re-opened, however, there is a risk that when stores re-open there may not be stock available, for example, on limited/collectors editions.
I don't want to do this online - what are my options?

Will I receive reward points for my converted pre-order?
If you place your converted pre-order as a registered online account holder, you will receive reward points as normal. If you place your converted pre-order as a guest customer, your reward points will be added to your account automatically within 6 weeks.
Why am I receiving errors?
If when placing an order you experience an error page, please close all your browser tabs and then restart your browser or use a privacy window (Incognito Tab).
